All holiday boarding reservations require a $50.00 deposit. All deposits are due at the time the service is requested. All deposits are non-refundable. All boarding reservations that are rescheduled or canceled by 6 p.m. 3-days prior to the start of a holiday reservation will receive a credit on their in-house account equal to the amount of the deposit. All boarding reservations that are rescheduled or canceled after 6 p.m. 3-days prior to the start of a holiday reservation or are no shows will forfeit the deposit. A holiday reservation is any reservation that is over the holiday or starts 3-days before or 3-days after the following holidays; New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve. All deposits not consumed in 1-year will be forfeited.
